Best Alarm Clock: Jules.   After sleepwalking through the first part of the first match on Saturday by missing 4 of 5 serves,  Jules came up and pounded some serves and we never looked back!

Best Evil Serving : Dena (a.k.a. DeadPool).  O. M. G. You hit her in the head!!!

Best Non Setter Set: Julia.  Just perfect. Best Block Party: Jordyn, Kristina, Jules. Way to get your arms up and the ball down.

Best Adjustment on Passing : Nicole,  after getting beat on a top side serve,  you never let her beat you again.

Best Use of a Block: Jolie. Knowing that the block was there,  you hit it harder and forced us to get the point! Way to make her feel like a used handkerchief.

Best Split: Dena need I say more?

Best Fight Through a Screen : Jules.   After Kristina’s first block, the ball was still Live!   Jules had the calm frame of mind to go around her and get the ball up.

Best Rock Impression (offense) : Nicole,  For being available,  in position and ready to put a credible attack on the ball.

Best Middle Swipe: Camilla: The set was there, but there were huge blockers in front of you, so you swiped at the ball and hit it around the block for a point!

Best Joanna Li Impression: The action was happening in our front-right section and was about to fall in, when Elsie flashed from back left… got the ball up… and then got back into position!  Way to anticipate the action and react.

Best Deep Corner: Nicole.  Hit a perfectly placed ball in deep left corner out of the reach of a diving libero.

Best Rock Impression (defense): Victoria.  It is such a comfort to have you in the back row and know that you’ll put a quality hit on the ball.

Best Picking-On-An-Opponent: Jordyn.  Hits #9 when warming up on serve…  same player that Dena had hit on serve.

Best Top Spin Serves: Gabbi.  Keep on hitting those bombing serves!

Best Play off of the Net: Jules.  The pass was shooting towards the net, you patiently waited for the ball to come off and got it up for a credible set.

Best Pure Swings: Kristina.  Be still my heart!

Best Adjustments to Out of System Sets.  Everyone!  We’ll pick up our passing and then we’ll have more in-system plays.

2/11/2017

Best Imitation of a Waitress: Nicole for having the most consistent serving game.

Best Imitation of a Roofer: Camilla for Roofing an overpass

Best Imitation of a Power Hitter in Fenway Park: Elsie for hitting into the Deep Right Corner.

Best Imitation of a Sniper: Kristina for serving into the Deep Left Corner within 4 square feet.  They all yelled OUT.  Then it landed in.  Coach Dorin said “That was a killer”

Best Getting Short: Victoria and Dena.  Laying out 100%! Getting floor burn and many bruises.  Doing all of the dirty work to get our team a chance to get a point.

Best Creating Bad Language: Camilla.  The ball was coming over, Camilla hit it to our left.  The opposing setter said Oh F*** because she was going in the wrong direction.

Best Improvement throughout the day: Gabbi.  You picked up your game as the tournament went along.  You played to your strengths.

Best Imitation of a Bowling Ball: Nicole.  Nicole hit a ball so hard down the line, that 3 of their players were late in getting to the ball.  The weren’t ready for such a hard and well placed shot.

Best Precision Serving: Victoria.  Hard.  Flat.  Between 6 and 1.  They couldn’t handle the first one.  They couldn’t handle the others.  Very Very good.  Welcome back!

Best Hit off of a Non Human set: Kristina. Our second ball was hit the top of the net and bounced up.  Kristina then hit it as if it were a normal tight set!

Best Field Goal Hitter: Jolie.  Consistently hit the ball so hard that it they went inbetween the middle and outside blockers.  Each should have been worth 3 points.

Best Hitting It Harder: Elsie.  I told you to hit it harder and you did.  Then I told you to do it again, and sure enough you hit it harder!  Keep it up!

Last word.  Volleyball is a game of learning and of adjustments.  All day, Jules was dealing with super tight passes and was called for back row attacks to tip them over or joust with the other team.  We talked about it and what to do better next time.  Sure enough the pass was Super Tight, Jules did the textbook move and Completely Used the blocker to get our point.

2/25/2017

Best Block Party: Well, everyone who played front row! Julia with a block of the free ball.  Camilla with a stuff block.  Jules against the outside.  Nicole forming the block.  Jolie & Kristina intimidating the outsides.

Best Offense: Nicole.  A.K.A. Bazooka.  Goodness Nicole, you hit great today.  Yes, sure, there was a time in which it was wibbly, but you had a talk with your hand and holy moly.  I’m excited for what is to come, because we’ve just scratched the surface.

Most Guts: Gabbi.  When things go awry, things go awry.  To go back out there takes guts.  To go back out there and play aggressively?  Takes GUTS.

Best Righty Opposite Hits: Jolie.  It is the most difficult of hits to make is one when you have to swing counter to your body.  Jolie, you make it seem easy.  Not only do you hit the ball, but you have major power behind it.  Keep swinging!

Best Imitation of a Tack: Dena.  😉  😉  Need I say more?

Best Run of Serves: Victoria.  11 points + chicken.

Best Oh My Goodness, The Ball is Over My Head hit: Julia.  The freeball was over your head, but using your aggressiveness,  you were able to reach it and hit it back over!

Best Directional Hitting: Jordyn and Julia.  Jordyn for turning and pounding the line.  Julia for lefty hitting at the setter.  That is totally unexpected for most teams to try to defend and extremely effective for us.

Best Teamwork: EVERYONE!

Best Imitation of a Stopper: Nicole.  Everytime we went on a run of missed serves, Nicole would get her serve in.  This is very important to stop the other teams’ runs.

Best Rolls Over the Net: Jules.  I’m not 100% sure how the physics works, but it’s like you take the ball… and guide it up and then down the net.

Best Hit to where they Ain’t: Nicole.  Hits a ball and they have a campfire.

Best Tandem: Jules and Julia.  Working the ins and outs of middle play to perfection.

Best Whiffle: Dena.  Complete off speed, off of the fingertips… for a point.

Best Imitation of a Pool Player: Kristina.  Precise deep right corner.  Then precise deep left corner.  Keep on doing this and we will make Jules exclusively set you.

Best Non-Freeball freeballs: Dena.  Deep corners and low with lots of top spin.  Textbook.  Really excellent.  Way to turn a negative potential into a point!

Best Imitation of Small: Jules.  The pass was tight.  The set was even tighter.  Jules you curled up into a tiny ball and allowed our hitters to work over & around you.

Middle domination: Julia.  There was a string of 3-4 points in which you absolutely dominated the middle.  (and all done with a sweet smile)

Best Hitting Down: Jordyn.  You hit the ball down, so hard that it bounced off of the defender…  back over the net!  We covered and played on!

Best Strong Topspin serves: Jordyn and Gabbi.  Believe me when I tell you, that we are just getting started.  With practice and consistency, you will tear apart really good passing teams.

Best Imitation of a Roof: Camilla.  Nuff said.

3/18/2017

Best Imitation of a Teenage Block Party: Camilla, Jules, Jordyn, Kristina, Jules, Julia.  Jordyn stuffs a back row attack, Kristina touch blocks an overpass, Jordyn & Camilla & Julia & Kristina block attacks.  I think Jules snuck one in there too…

Best Non Kill Kill: Elsie.  Rolled a shot down the line for a kill.  No one was there!  Very smart.

Best Imitation of a Protractor: Kristina.  Sharpest angle.  The ball was tight and beyond the sideline.  You hit that ball with such angle that it barely missed the near antenna, barely got over the net and in!  Text book.

Best Tool: Jolie.  Way to tool the blocker to get a point!

Best Combination: Julia and Jules:  Ball & setter went left.  Middle went right.  Way to run it.

Best Defensive & Offensive run: Gabbi.  There was a run of 5-8 points where you passed perfectly, transitioned and hit, then passed perfectly again, then chose your hits exceptionally well.

Best Serving run: Victoria.  14 points in a row?  Then 9 points in a row?  Welcome back!  (guess who will be serving first in our next tournament?)

Best Short Digs: Dena and Victoria.  You’ve perfected the art of popping the ball up in a full out dive.

Best Steal: Gabbi.  Julia was going to push it over, but you out-reached her and put a hit on the ball!!!  Way to show controlled aggression!

Best Order out of Chaos: Dena & Nicole.  We had 4 players in the middle of the court scrambling for the first ball, it kicked out to Dena who put up a perfect forearm set to Nicole who terminated the point.

Best run of serves that will get lost in our losses: Nicole.  I think your serving percentage was the highest… again.

Miracle on the Net: Camilla.  We shank a pass.  Our outside touches the ball and since you’re covering, you’re in perfect position to stick a hand out to help out.  From about a foot off of the ground, you hit the ball up.  It hits the top of the net…  balances there for a heartbeat and falls down on their side!  The stats will read Nicole assist.  Camilla middle hit.  Straight down, inside of 8 inches!

Best Set with a Smile: Victoria.  The first ball was deep and was passed short to you in the middle of the court.  With a smile, you set a super short ball right to Jules who hit it over!

Best Evilness: Jules.  Pass was tight.  You turned your back to the net and attempted a set, but the blocked it!  Since you “declared yourself” to be setting the ball, by rule, she could not block it.  Way to earn us an easy point!

Best Anti-Evilness: Gabbi.  They tried to place the ball to our extreme short right, but you wouldn’t have ANY of it and made a good pass to Jules.  THEN you transitioned and were ready to hit!

Best Out In: Dena.  You hit a serve that they all called out, but it landed in.

Best Scaring the Net: Victoria.  Your serve was so hard, that it hit the net and I swear that the net was scared and got out of the way, it wouldn’t get hit again.

Best Imitation of a Tack: Dena, Gabbi, Nicole, Victoria.  The majority of your passes were tack sharp.  It sets a great foundation to run our offense.

3/26/2017

Purple Heart Award: Victoria.  We miss you.  Get better soon.

The Anti-Waiter: Jordyn prevents tip with a stuff block

Best Smart Line Rolls: Gabbi. In rhythm, clear idea as to what needs to be done, in control, rolls down the line.  Their defense / setter was out of position.

Best Opposite direction: Julia.  I still don’t know how you can hit to the left, from the middle, but keep it up.

Best Sir Lancelot impression: Jordyn wins joust.

Best Whiffle: Dena for taking a full swing, but only getting fingertips on the ball.

Best Girl Scout: Gabbi for making the other team do a campfire

Best Keano Reeves impression:  The hit was going out, but you rushed to it, but realized it was going out and then you bent over backwards “doing the Matrix” so the ball would fly past you.

Best Deep corners: Jolie.  As per my notes…  Jolie hits deep corner.  Jolie hits deep corner.  Jolie hits deep corner.  Jolie hits deep corner.  In my book Deep Corner = 5 points.  Jolie: 20.  🙂

Best Imitation of an Acute Angle: Kristina, for tracking down those tight balls that were off the court on the right side.  You found the only place where they could go…  sharp sharp angle.

Highest Mohs Scale hit: Elsie for hitting the hardest today!

Casting a Confundus Charm (see Harry Potter): Jordyn Roofed the other team so completely, that they were confused…  their thought bubble: “How did that happen?!?”

Longest run of serves: Gabbi!  14 points?  16 points?  I’m going to have to check the stats.  The record is 20 points in a row…

Solid middle play: Camilla.  Nice playing tonight.  Very solid.  Very good.

Best Marianas Trench serves: Gabbi and Jordyn for serving it deep.  Sometimes out, and they rescued us, but deep and good.

Best Jump Serves: Kristina.  Wow and wow again.

Best adjustments: Everyone.  Last practice, I asked you to pass the ball higher.  Today, you did.  Did you notice that things were just a little bit easier when things were in chaos?  Did you notice that balls that would have fallen in the past were put up today?  Good job with that today.  Keep that up.  Individually, I asked you to make adjustments, and you did.  I can see your improvements, so can your parents.  I hope that you realize it too.

Da Crusha Award: Julia for spiking an overpass.

Black and Blue Hip award: Dena.  Hopefully it doesn’t turn yellow and green.

Best Crushed Ball Dig: Kristina.  Their monster middle -crushed- the ball

Best Fist Save and a Beauty: Jules.  The pass was shanked and going under the net on our right side.  You collapsed your lower body, lunged with your fist and saved the ball!  We were able to put an attack on it.

Best Libero Imitation: Kristina, for playing outstanding defense and coverage.

Best Disruption of an Ace serve: Nicole.  They served a hard, sinking, fading away from you, going to hit the line serve.  You moved your feet, turned, with 2 arms passed the ball back over your head!!! for an excellent pass.

Best 2 sided play: Elsie, covered, passed, transition and then pounded out a hit.

Best Pegging the setter: Jolie, Kristina and Jules.  “Setter Out” is music to my ears.

Best Finding the Hole: Jordyn.  Way to place it where they ain’t.

Best off hand Hit: Kristina for hitting righty.  Sometimes, you gotta do what you gotta do.

Best Causing a Fault: Camilla for blocking a ball into a defender who called for a carry.

Best Imitation of the 1970s: Good hustle today everyone.

4/9/2017

Best Impression of a Waitress: Jolie & Kristina.  They dumping, but y’all picked up their tips.

Tall AND Short at the same time: Jules.  Being tall enough to reach up and push the ball over, but short enough not to be called.

Best Smart Hitting: Victoria.  You hit to the deep right corner and their libero kept on passing, then you changed and hit deep LEFT corner and got points.  Great adjustment.

Best Block and Put Back: Camilla.  You blocked them, but the ball just stayed there.  Then your hit back said “Git the heck back!” which resulted in a kill.

Best Combination of Category: Jordyn.  A block, push back and kill at the same time.  In the middle, blocked, pushed and directed the ball back onto their court.

Best Back Row Hits: Jolie.  Holy Moly.  That must have been one of the hardest hits all season.  Then the one that you hit flying in from where our front row players were ready to free-ball it over.  Then, there was the one that you hit deep corner.  Just…. holy moly.

Best Deep Corner Hits: Julia, Kristina, Victoria.  Nice nice nice!

Best Statement Point.  Jolie.  Hard topspin, deep left corner.  CLEAN ACE on GAME POINT for the win.

Best Golf Imitations: Julia and Kristina for hitting the T.  Jules serving to a T.

Best Tumbling Float Serve: Victoria.  You launched a float serve that hat just a little bit of top spin.  The ball just kept on sinking.  The passer tracked the ball well and recognized it as a high float.  She set her feet, but the ball just kept on sinking.  As a result, she barely got a hand on it.

Hardest Angles: Kristina and Elsie.  The 2nd ball was set very wide, you were smart and hit the balls just within your respective antennas.

Best Passing Adjustment: Jolie.  In between sets, you adjusted your platform and 100% of your passes were on point.

Hardest Middle Hits: Jordyn, hitting deep left corner.  So hard that both defenders were late as the ball bounced by them.

Bridge Kills: Julia, Jordyn, Elsie.

Best 2nd ball kills: Kristina, Jolie.  Way to be aggressive and take the opportunity to hit a ball that would have been trouble.

Best 70s Impression: Krisina.  Your hustle scared and then impressed the coach for the working team.  “Yea, that’s the play.”  as you went sliding towards the scoring table.

Best Smart Serve: Victoria.  Deep Deep deep and then … you pulled the string for a short and an ace.  Awesome.

Best Girl Scout: Jolie.  Hits the ball and causes a campfire.

Best Gravity Defying Combination: The pass was shanked and Jules reached out as far as she could with a closed fist, to levitate the ball just high enough for Kristina to kill it.

Best Thumper impression: Jolie, for absolutely thumping the hits.

Best Smart Tips: Jordyn for finding the holes in their defense.

Best Forrest Gump Impression: Jules for running around all day to track down the passes.

4/23/2017

Best Impression of a Prairie Dog: Kristina.  After passing a chest-level serve, you realized that the next serve had the same trajectory.  You ducked incredibly quickly and the ball sailed over your head, earning us a point.

Best y=mx+b: Nicole.  They were covering your angle shot and you turned and hit line and no one was there to cover.

Best Whiffle: Jolie.  It was the first of many points, but definitely the most off-speed shot.

Best Squeak Maker: Victoria.  You hit a serve so hard, that when it bounced off her shoulder, she squeaked in surprise.

Example of Opposites Sticking Together: Kristina & Jolie.  Last tournament, Jolie hits an ace to win a set…  This time Kristina hits an ace to win a set!

Best Mid Air Adjustment: Elsie.  You jump to get a ball, but it is too low, so you jumped, pulled your hands down and still got the ball up! Great body control.

Best Overpass Kills: Jolie and Julia.

Best Digs in Transition: Jolie, Nicole, Elsie.  They tried so hard to beat us with soft stuff, y’all said nope.

Best Libero Impression: Julia, for playing great defense and setting when Jules got the first ball.

Most Impressive Dig: Elsie.  Their big outside WHALED on the ball to the inside of our block.  You were in perfect position as our front row outside to dig the ball and unflinchingly passed it perfectly to Jules.  Wow, just wow.

Best Imitation of an Overhang: Jordyn.

Best Hard Angles: Elsie, Julie.  Super hard angles to save the point, barely inside of the antenna and over the net.

Best Ghost Block: Camilla.  You blocked the ball, but they didn’t think it happened, so it recognize it until it fell in.

Fist Saves and a Beauty: Jules and Kristina.  In 2 separate instances, you were running to get into position but the ball decided to go in a different direction.  You stuck out your fist with enough strength to get the ball up.  The Beauty of these hits is not that you used an unconventional means, but rather you did it without potentially interfering with someone else.  Nice court and situational awareness.

Best In Rhythm Hit: Camilla.  Your timing was great!  Your approach was very very good.  Next time you’ll crush the ball.

Scariest Bump Kill: Kristina.  You bumped a ball with straight knees, bent elbows and facing the wrong direction that went over the net.  They must have been so scared, that they let the ball fall in.

Best Net Kill: Jolie.  You hit the ball so hard, that it hit the net and fell over for a point.

Deepest Corner: Julia

Best Aggressive hits: Jordyn.  Yes!  Hit the ball!!!  Aggression out of the middle is key.  It can set the tone for everyone.  We’ll control all that power and put it generating points.

Best Peg: Nicole.  Way to take their setting out of the picture.

Best Stuff Block: Jordyn.  You blocked the ball so hard and so completely that the opposing middle basically caught the ball and didn’t know what to do.

Best Pretzel Impression: Julia.  Playing middle as a lefty is extremely difficult.  Somehow you’re able to contort your body such that even though it is a perfect righty set, you still put a credible lefty hit on the ball.

Best 1 Handed, Open-Handed pass: Jolie.  The kill came to your right, you jumped, took control of the ball, basically said, “Here you go” to our libero.

Best 2 player play.  Jules and Kristina.  Jules took the first ball and passed it up close to the net.  Kristina then killed it!

Final award
Best Boldness: Everyone.  Y’all played as a team.  When I didn’t play you, you didn’t grouse… too much, and then you cheered your teammates on.  When I introduced subbing Victoria to serve for Jules, you expressed your concerns then got excited!  Then y’all implemented it!  You were strong and confident without being cocky and obnoxious.  All season, I’ve told you that we had other people cheering us on, right?  I hope that you realize that this past Head Ref does not pass along compliments very often.  Actually, I’ve never seen him do it.  The other ref was going to pay you compliments too.  Please know that when you’re showing the best of yourselves, people notice.

1/18/2015

Marathon award: Nikki.  I think Nikki ran several marathons today.  Setting for 3 matches straight is no easy feat, let alone 7 over 3 days!

New nicknames: Jenna: Giggle-Snort!  Aya: Great Wall/Roof of Aya  Jenna’s chicken: ObiwanHENobi

Best forearm pass-set: Alyssa H, from waaaaay on the right side of the court to our outside.  That pass-set was right on the money!

Best roof: Aya blocked a middle hitter and it bounced off of her shoulder and into her face.  Glad she wasn’t hurt, but it sure was a nice block.

Best gutsy-ness: All 8 of you!

Best run of perfect passes: Juliana, you had a run of 10-15 passes that were Rock Solid.  During that run, even that shank was perfectly placed to Jenna.

Best jump serves: Sarah and Alyssa H

Best back row hits: Juliana, most of the time we don’t necessarily preach setting the libero, but in this case we will make a huge exception to the rule!  Your hits were deep and hard enough that it caught many players off guard.

Best out of rhythm passing: Nikki, when you took the first balls, most of your passes were middle-middle, with loft, for Juliana to set.

Best sniper-serving: Jenna for hitting the numbers that I had set out.

Best pushed out of the middle: Isabel, way to not let anything get by you!

Best outside hits: Jenna and Sarah, when you’re on, you’re ON.  Both Coach Marko and I were very impressed when everything came together and WHAM!

Best off-the-court teammate: Alyssa P for coming out, while being injured, to cheer, cry, laugh and celebrate with us.

3/29/2015

Best ROOOOOOF: Carolyn!  It went straight down!

Best get from chaos: Alyssa H.  From back left corner Alyssa passed the ball with top spin, over the net and landed cross court, by the 10′ line and 2′ from the sideline.  The other team was stunned.

Best tackle of a coach: me (can I really give myself a coachie?) The call from the line person was clearly wrong.  Immediately Coach Marko turned red and he allowed me to “tackle” him and sit him down on the bench.  Thanks Coach for not throwing me into the next time zone.  The R1 over turned the call and we got the point.

Most consistent string of hits: Marlena, there was a stretch of 10?  15? sets from Nikki where you didn’t miss any of them.  They were well placed and if they didn’t immediately result in points, they gave us a chance to win.

Best serving run: Aya.  the top-side spin serve “fell off of the table” and the back right passers didn’t have much of a chance as those serves dove and kept on running away from them.

Hardest serves: Crystal.  after being smart and getting warmed up, the cross court power-serves totally scared the other teams.

TURKEY AWARD: Aya!!!  First EVER.  And in the finals too.  Wow!

Shortest ace: Alyssa H.  I don’t think I’ve seen a shorter serve to spot 2 this season.  No net or anything.

Best embodiment of team: Alyssa P and Crystal.  Alyssa P for being our spiritual guide for being here and a part of our team even though one of your wings is hurt.  Crystal, for honoring your prior commitments and coming back to be a part of our Finals run.

Best Atlas Impersonation: Jenna.  There was a stretch across 2 matches where Jenna carried our team.  Whether it was strong cross court hits, or smart ones down the line, or calling Nikki off, or hitting back row, or tipping middle or serving strong.  This was not against Core, rather against BnB and one set against Fury.  From where we were standing, we had an excellent view of the hits going between blockers and finding spots.  We saw the transitions to proper defensive positioning.  Great job, keep it up!

Best middle put backs: Isabel, there was a point where they tried to take advantage and go middle, but you put up both hands and said NO.  Sure enough, they didn’t get the balls past.

Best middle set and hit: Nikki and Aya, when it’s working, it’s very very effective.  And Aya hitting to the spaces around the middle back, instead of right at her.  It is so fast that they simply weren’t ready for it.

Best pass to set up the best middle set and hit: Alyssa H.  It all starts with a pass.  None of this can run without it.

Best thump: Juliana, in rhythm, ball in front, good rotation and… THUMP!  The ball just flew off of your hand with top spin and got us the point.

Best Back Set dump: Nikki, you were running full tilt in one direction and drew in the defenders and dumped to position 4… short…  They didn’t have a chance.  They were lucky not to have sprained ankles from that shot.

4/8/2015

Best Gandolf Impression: Isabel. She said Thou Shall Not Pass, and sure enough the hits were blocked back.

Best Run of Serves: Sarah. The jump serve was humming and none of their passers for 7-15 points could do anything about it.

Best Middle Net Swing: Crystal. That was the hardest I’ve seen the net hit, since coaching the Princeton Women’s Club team. It shows your awesome power! (btw next year, that will probably be illegal, stay tuned)

Best Set when not playing: Nikki. Nikki is so good at setting that she set a ball while doing book!

Best Back Row Hitting: Sarah and Juliana. It is such a comfort to have both of you in the back row to put a quality attack on the ball and not just free-ball it over.

Best Killer Serve: Kaelin. There was one serve in particular, that cleared the net, hit the libero square in the arms and I could have sworn that she fell backwards.

Most Painful Serve: Alyssa H. You hit a serve with so well, that when the libero hit the ball she squeaked. Then throughout the rally she kept on rubbing her arms because it hurt so much.

Best Adjustment: Marlena. After hitting with 0 errors, I asked you to try to hit line. Sure enough, when the set got up, you turned & hit line and their middle back simply wasn’t ready for the deep corner.

Best deep corner push: Nikki. I salute you with little devil horns!

Best offensive series: Jenna. Over and over and over again, the ball came back and forth. Over and over and over again the set went to you and you did us proud by hitting it with strength and consistency.

Best playing in different positions: Kaelin, Sarah, Jenna, Crystal, Juliana. Thank you very much for stepping up.

Best setting game: Nikki. There were times in previous competitions in which, if the passes were tight, you’d dump, but you turned and set them over to our outside! Good job, keep it up.

Best variation of hits: Alyssa H. Angle, angle, line, HARD angle, angle. Very nice, that totally keeps the blockers honest.

Best almost yellow card. Coach Marko. Not allowed on the court!

Best court awareness: Nikki. Wherever and whenever there seems that the ball was going to drop, Nikki made a play to keep us in the point.
